What’s the protein per serving of your sausages?

Each link delivers 17 grams of protein. That’s over 500 grams of pure protein passion per box, whether you choose Chicken or Classic.

Will my sausages survive the cross-country trek to my fridge?

Absolutely. We swaddle your precious cargo in carefully engineered cooling materials and a multi-phase chilling system to ensure they arrive intact, chilled, and ready for you.

When will my order ship, and how long does delivery take? 

Orders ship at the start of each week and usually arrive in 2 to 4 business days, fresh and ready for you.

What should I do with the sausages (and the dry ice) when my box arrives?

Handle dry ice with gloves and let it dissipate safely outdoors, never in drains, compactors, or sealed bins. Then transfer your sausages straight into the fridge and check the USE BY date to enjoy them at peak flavor.

Do you offer free shipping, and which orders qualify?

Yes. Subscribe & Save orders include free shipping, Dibrova’s +1 Perk, and a little something extra for your fridge.

What is Dibrova’s +1 Perk?

Subscribers on 4 or 8 week plans can request a free sample of any flavor outside their regular box. On a Chicken plan but curious about Jalapeño Hot Links? Just ask and we’ll add a complimentary pack in your next shipment. 

How does the Subscribe & Save program work, and can I pause or cancel anytime? 

Yes. Use the subscription portal (linked in your first purchase email) to pause, adjust, or cancel at any time. You’re in control, but we’ll be waiting eagerly for your return.

Where are Dibrova sausages made, and are they produced in a certified facility? 

We proudly craft every sausage in California at a federally inspected USDA facility.

What’s your refund or replacement policy if my order arrives warm?

If fate disrupts our chill, email us right away at (orders@dibrovasausage.com). We’ll make it right.

You’re sold out. How do I secure future supply?

Subscribers get priority. After subscription orders are filled, any remaining inventory becomes available for one time purchases.
